Johnnie's muscle is for both strength and show. He excels at both bodybuilding and powerlifting as do Ronnie Coleman and many other bodybuilders.

The problem with that muscle is that when you became like Johnnie Jackson, you can't anymore became powerfull per exemple i am a boxer -not very good indeed^^- and I know that I musn't became a bodybuilder because that will make me less fast and explosive... but I undertand that it is not the wich of everybody, and I was speaking by my own experience (sorry for my english^^)
